TODAY – periods of light snow, a dusting to an inch of accumulation possible by evening, then snow becoming moderate to heavy at times between 5 pm and 8 pm, and continuing overnight, high in the mid to upper 20’s

TOMORROW – snow, moderate to heavy at times early in the morning and windy, tapering to light snow or flurries around sunrise, and then ending by around 8 - 9 am, total accumulations of 5-10 inches likely in Northwest New Jersey and 6-12 inches in Northeast New Jersey, Southeast New York, Central New Jersey, New York City, and Long Island, temperatures dropping to the upper single digits to low teens and holding steady all day

SATURDAY – mostly sunny, low in the upper to middle single digits below zero, high in the low to mid 20’s

SUNDAY – light rain starting in the late morning, possibly starting briefly as light snow or freezing rain, then changing quickly to light rain, and continuing through the night, low in the mid to upper teens, high in the upper 40’s just before midnight

MONDAY – rain, heavy at times early in the morning and windy, changing to snow showers and flurries by late morning, a dusting of accumulation is possible, morning high in the upper 40’s to low 50’s, dropping to the mid to upper 20’s by evening

TUESDAY – mostly sunny, low around zero, high in the single digits

WEDNESDAY – mostly sunny, low in the mid to low single digits below zero, high in the mid to upper teens

NEXT THURSDAY – chance of light snow, light accumulations possible, low in the low to mid teens, high in the low 30’s

NEXT FRIDAY – mostly sunny, low in the low to mid 20’s, high in the upper 30’s

NEXT SATURDAY – chance of light freezing rain in the morning, changing to rain and becoming heavy at times in the afternoon and continuing into the night, low in the mid to upper 20’s, high in the upper 40’s
