York City, and Long Island, temperatures dropping to the upper single digits to
low teens and holding steady all day

rain starting in the late morning, possibly starting briefly as light snow or
freezing rain, then changing quickly to light rain, and continuing through the

midnight
MONDAY – rain,
heavy at times early in the morning and windy, changing to snow showers and
flurries by late morning, a dusting of accumulation is possible, morning high in
the upper 40’s to low 50’s, dropping to the mid to upper 20’s by evening
