Saturday, May 24th, 2014 - Evening Weather Discussion

Luckily the showers will come to an end tonight and it will clear out tomorrow, giving us a beautiful day tomorrow and for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday.  Highs will be in the mid to upper 70's tomorrow and the low to mid 80's on Monday.

Tuesday a cold front will approach our area, bringing with it a chance for a shower or thunderstorm and a high in the upper 70's to low 80's.

Wednesday there will still be a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the morning and it will be much cooler behind the front, with a high in the low 60's.

Thursday through Sunday should then be mostly sunny with just a slight chance for a shower from time to time and gradually warming temperatures.  The highs on Thursday should be around 70, rising to the mid 70's on Friday, around 80 on Saturday, and the low to mid 80's on Sunday.

Next Monday there will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms as a cold front approaches with a high in the mid to upper 70's.

Next Tuesday through Friday there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day as the cold front may stall out and a tropical system may develop in the Caribbean or Eastern Gulf of Mexico and head up the East Coast.  Highs should be in the low to mid 80's from Tuesday through Thursday, dropping to the low 70's next Friday.
