My gut instinct is likely to be correct again. So much for the sunny skies that were forecast by the National Weather Service on Saturday...
Nor'easter likely to develop off the New Jersey coast on Saturday.
Now the question will be how much of the precipitation will fall as rain, and how much as snow.
