Concerns for Northwestern New Jersey

I was just able to a take a look at some new data and I am quite concerned now about not just 1-6 inches of snow in Northwest New Jersey on Tuesday, but also about the possibility of sleet and freezing rain. The data is suggesting a high temperature of only around 34 degrees in Northwest New Jersey.  The data suggested the same the other day and it was about 2-3 degrees too high.  If that ends up being the case, what the model thinks is rain could end up being freezing rain and sleet.

So, what it looks like to me in Northwestern New Jersey on Tuesday is that it starts as a bit of snow, freezing rain and sleet, then possibly changes to rain, then goes back to a heavy wet snow in the afternoon as the precipitation becomes very intense, possibly going back over to a bit of rain before the bulk of the precipitation ends, then back to some light snow and snow showers by Wednesday morning.

We will then have some snow showers in Northwestern New Jersey from Wednesday through Saturday with some rain or snow showers in Northeastern New Jersey.

My biggest concerns for bad weather on Tuesday are for Northern Warren County, Sussex County, Northwestern Morris County, Northern Passaic County, and possibly into extreme Western Bergen County.  In this area there could be significant snow and ice accumulations, along with possibly some rain on Tuesday.
