Ensemble Mean of the American Model

Has trended colder but it does not produce a big snowstorm yet for Northern New Jersey but it did take a big step in that direction on this run.

More importantly, it completely disagrees with the operational run of the model that cut back on the precipitation amounts.  It did not change from the high precipitation amounts it had previously.

For those of you who are not aware, the ensemble mean of a model is more accurate than the operational run in this range, especially when it disagrees with the main run of the model.
