There is the possibility of serious problems in the Northeastern United States from Sunday night through next Thursday, with the potential for crippling ice and snow anywhere from the mountains of West Virginia and Virginia through Western Maryland, Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, Northern New Jersey, New York State, and all of New England excluding possibly southern coastal sections.
It is just a possibility at this point, IT MAY NOT HAPPEN AND OR IT MAY NOT HAPPEN IN ALL THE AREAS OUTLINED ABOVE, but then again it might.
