I am going to reduce the snowfall amounts from late this morning through tomorrow evening to 1-3 inches for all of Northern New Jersey with the possibility of up to 4 inches in some of the higher elevations.
The snow will come in waves of snow showers that will likely start late this morning and continue on and off, with breaks, from late this morning through Thursday afternoon.
