Still pretty snowless for snow lovers through the next week
at least…
We will have showers today as a cold front approaches with
highs in the mid to upper 40’s.
The cold front will then pass through overnight and colder
air will filter into our area.
Two separate storm systems will then remain just our south,
keeping us dry through Friday with highs in the 30’s.
Saturday a storm
system will approach, bringing rain, snow, freezing rain, or sleet on Saturday
morning but quickly changing to rain, then we will have rain heavy at times at
night with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 50’s as warm air surges north
into our area with the storm.
Next Sunday through the following Saturday will then be much
colder with a chance of snow showers Monday night through Wednesday. Highs next week will range mainly from the
mid 20’s to the low 30’s, with lows dropping to the mid to upper teens next
Wednesday through Saturday.
Anyone hoping for snow, the next time frame to watch is next
Monday night through Wednesday to see if the snow shower threat can turn into
anything more.
