Heavier rain has moved in now and with this it could delay temperatures rising above freezing until around 10 am in Northwestern NJ and 9 am in sections of Northeastern NJ. Freezing rain could cause roads to become quite slippery and there are some reports of very dangerous icing conditions on some roads.
