The snow should start between 6 pm and 9 pm with around an inch of accumulation by midnight.
The heavy snow will move in around midnight and it will snow very hard until it starts to change to sleet and freezing rain between 5 am and 6 am. Between midnight and 5-6 am is when areas will get anywhere from 3 inches to 10 inches of accumulation in only about 6 or so. So, yes the snow will come down very hard between midnight and 5-6 am, so please try to be home by 11 pm to midnight if at all possible.
