This winds should pick up here shortly but we can just hope the winds that the models have been predicting don't really materialize.
The snow will then come to an end early tomorrow morning. I expect total accumulations to be in the 2-5 inch range with the highest accumulations likely to be across Northeastern NJ.
It will then be very cold on Monday with lows dropping below zero in most locations and highs only in the teens.
Tuesday there will be a chance for snow as a low pressure will approach from the Southeastern United States and then an Alberta Clipper will likely approach on Wednesday, bringing a continued chance for snow on Wednesday. It is still very difficult to tell exactly how all this will work out on Tuesday and Wednesday. It could be anything from some snow showers and flurries to a significant snowstorm both Tuesday and Wednesday. Be sure to check back in the morning for the latest.
After this storm passes it should be nice but very cold Thursday through Saturday before the next snow threats approach for next Sunday and Monday and again Thursday and Friday.
Please join me in the morning for the latest information on the potential storm for Tuesday and Wednesday.
