MONDAY – snow ending between 7 am and 10 am, total accumulation of 3-5 inches in Carbon, Northampton, Monroe, and Pike Counties in PA, Warren, Sussex, Morris, Passaic, Essex, and Bergen Counties in NJ, Orange, Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY, 2-4 inches in Lehigh and Northern Bucks Counties in PA, Hunterdon, Somerset, Union, and Bergen Counties in NJ, New York City and Long Island, and 1-2 inches in Southern Bucks County PA, Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth Counties in NJ, low in the mid to upper 20’s, high in the mid 30’s

TUESDAY – increasing cloudiness, snow developing between about 6-7 pm, mixing with and then changing to sleet and freezing rain between 10 pm and midnight, then changing to freezing rain, 1-2 inches of snow possible before the changeover, low in the upper single digits to low teens, high in the upper 20’s to low 30’s

WEDNESDAY – freezing rain changing to rain between 2 am and 5 am, a tenth to a quarter of an inch of ice accumulation possible before the changeover, then rain, low in the low to mid 30’s, high in the low to mid 40’s

THURSDAY – rain, changing to snow between 1 am and 4 am, and ending between 10 am and noon, total accumulation of 2-4 inches possible, low in the upper 20’s to low 30’s, high in the low to mid 30’s
