The Tuesday night into Wednesday morning storm will be 90-99% snow/sleet/freezing rain for most people in our area, as the precipitation will start out as snow, then change to sleet and then freezing rain, then end before warming above freezing in most locations. It will be AFTER the precipitation ends that temperatures will warm above freezing, excluding a little drizzle after the main precipitation shield moves through.
Then the potential snowstorm moves in on Wednesday night.
