Hermine will be a non-issue for most of us, next up is a heat wave...
I held off on posting earlier because I wanted to see the latest information, just to make sure, but it now appears that Hermine will indeed remain well off shore, giving us a nice holiday and keeping the main effects off shore. Winds may gust to 30 mph or so in some places today and tomorrow, possibly even 40 mph, and there will be no rain at all. There will still be some highs seas and rough surf along the coast that could cause some problems there, but it looks like we will really luck out this time.
Next up is a heat wave Wednesday through Saturday with some very intense heat for many of us...
More in a bit with the late Morning Weather Discussion...
Have a wonderful evening!
