MONDAY – Snow developing between about 1 am and 4 am from west to east across our area, except rain or snow developing in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island. Rain and snow ending between about 7 am and 9 am from west to east. Total snowfall accumulations of a dusting to an inch possible throughout our area, with slightly higher amounts possible in the higher elevations of Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, and with only a dusting possible in Central NJ and on Long Island. The afternoon will then be sunny. Lows will be in the low to mid 30’s inland and the mid to upper 30’s along the coast, HIGHS from the upper 30’s to low 40’s in Northeastern PA and Fairfield County, CT, to the mid 40’s in Central NJ and NYC
TUESDAY – increasing cloudiness in the afternoon, snow developing in the evening in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, with rain or snow developing in Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on Long Island, the snow could change to rain in all areas overnight, but that is still uncertain, lows in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s, HIGHS from the mid to upper 30’s in Northeastern PA and Orange County, NY, to the low to mid 40’s in Central NJ
