TOMORROW – mostly sunny, lows in the mid 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s

THURSDAY – snow developing in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Orange, Putnam, Northern Rockland, and Northern Westchester Counties in NY, and Northern Fairfield County in CT, rain or very wet snow developing in Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, on Western Long Island and in Southern Fairfield County, CT, and then gradually changing to snow, rain developing on Eastern Long Island, the precipitation should start between about 8 am and 11 am from west to east across the Allentown and New York City Metropolitan areas, the precipitation may become heavy at times in the afternoon and early evening, snowfall accumulation is a possibility in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State and in Fairfield County, CT (away from the coast), and it could be significant in parts of these areas, especially in Orange and Putnam Counties in NY and in Northern Fairfield County, CT, snowfall accumulation further south and east still remains a possibility depending on how quickly this storm develops, so please check back for updates this afternoon and evening, lows in the mid 20’s to low 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, and Orange and Putnam Counties in NY, the upper 30’s to low 40’s Northeastern NJ, Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY, and in Fairfield County, CT, the upper 30’s to mid 40’s in Central NJ, the low to mid 40’s in NYC, and the mid to upper 40’s along the NJ Coast and on Long Island
