Latest data is actually MORE intense with this storm…
The latest data remains on track, but actually puts most people in the 18-24 inch range, with many people getting more than two feet, and some possibly getting more than three feet now.
Of more importance is the winds, which are now projected to be stronger as well, with winds of 50-80 mph possible along the coast and on Long Island, 50-70 mph in Southeastern and East Central NJ, NYC, Rockland, Westchester and Putnam Counties in NY, and in Fairfield County, CT, and 30-50 mph further inland.
The snow will start between about 1 am and 5 am Tuesday morning and end between about 6-9 pm Tuesday evening. There will still however be a chance of some light snow and snow showers through the day on Wednesday.
More a bit later with the Evening Weather Discussion…
