Hurricane Jose is approaching our area and will cause clouds to increase today with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 70’s.
Tomorrow and Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of showers or thunderstorms, possibly heavy at times along the coast and on Long Island, with flooding possible on Eastern Long Island. It will also be windy as Hurricane Jose passes about 150 miles off the NJ Coast. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to low 70’s tomorrow and in the 70’s to low 80’s Wednesday.
Thursday through Sunday then look nice with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Thursday, the mid 70’s to low 80’s Friday, and the mid 70’s to mid 80’s Saturday and Sunday.
Next Monday through Sunday then look variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm each day as Jose may loop back around and approach our area again next Monday, and then Maria may approach. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s next Monday through Saturday, dropping to the 60’s next Sunday.
