Well, Jose was a near miss for most us today, bringing only coastal areas and Eastern Long Island some showers today and some gusty winds to our whole area.
Tomorrow through Sunday will then be nice as Jose moves out to sea. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s tomorrow, the upper 70’s to mid 80’s Thursday, the mid 70’s to low 80’s Friday, the upper 70’s to mid 80’s Saturday, and the 80’s Sunday.
Jose may then do a big loop and make a second run at us Monday, bringing a chance for showers and thunderstorms, possibly heavy at times, along with strong winds. Highs will be in the 70’s.
Next Tuesday there will then be a chance of showers and thunderstorms ending in the morning as Jose moves inland. Highs will be in the low to mid 70’s.
Next Wednesday Hurricane Maria may then approach our area, bringing a chance for showers and thunderstorms, possibly heavy at times, along with strong winds. Highs will be in the low to mid 70’s.

Next Thursday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as Maria heads out to sea. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
Next Friday through Monday then look nice with highs in the mid 60’s to low 70’s next Friday and the 60’s next Saturday through Monday.
