Short-Range American Model Update

The latest run of the short-range American model has a stripe of 5-6 inch rainfall amounts now going northward through Ocean, Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, Essex, Eastern Morris, Passaic, and far Northeastern Sussex Counties in NJ, and in Southeastern Orange and Northwestern Rockland Counties in NY State. This would cause some flooding in those locations...

It keeps the strongest winds across Long Island, Fairfield County, CT, and Eastern Westchester and Putnam Counties in NY, with the potential for wind gusts of 50-80 mph, with lighter winds of 30-50 mph further west.
