TUESDAY – chance of snow in the morning, then variably cloudy, possible accumulations of a coating to an inch in Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, Southeastern Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY State, on Long Island and in Southern Fairfield County, CT, and 1-3 inches in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Orange, Northwestern Rockland, and Putnam Counties in NY, and in Northern Fairfield County, CT, lows in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s
