I guess what I am saying in simple terms is that there is unusually high bust potential with this storm in either direction. This is a rather complex situation where the storm will be heading north towards West Virginia and then will hit a block and head east. If it doesn't make it all the way to West Virginia and then heads east, it would allow more cold air to remain locked in our area. If the center of the storm makes it to West Virginia and then heads east north east through NJ, we would see a lot more in the way of rain.
We will just have to wait and see how this works out, but keep your guard up for some potential surprises tomorrow, either way, and you now know why.
