TOMORROW – variably cloudy, lows from the single digits to low teens in Northeastern PA to the mid 20’s in Central NJ and on Long Island, highs in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s

TUESDAY – snow developing in the morning in Northeastern PA, rain or snow developing in the morning in East Central PA, then changing to snow, and rain or snow developing in the late morning or early afternoon in Northwestern NJ and Orange County, NY, changing to snow, and rain developing in the afternoon in Central and Northeastern NJ, Rockland, Westchester and Putnam Counties in NY, NYC, on Long Island, and in Fairfield County, CT, gradually changing to snow at night from west to east, lows from the upper teens to low 20’s in Northeastern PA, Southeastern NY, and Fairfield County, CT, to the upper 20’s along the NJ Coast and on Eastern Long Island, highs from the low to mid 30’s in Northeastern PA to the low to mid 40’s in Central NJ and on Long Island
