STATE OF EMERGENCY DECLARED FOR NORTHERN HALF OF NJ EFFECTIVE NOON TOMORROW...

Governor Murphy has declared a State of Emergency effective noon tomorrow from Route 195 northward, due to the impending snow and ice. Route 195 runs west to east from near Trenton to about Asbury Park.
