Thursday, January 3, 2019 - Morning Weather Discussion

Heavy rain Saturday morning and then some rain and snow likely Monday night into Tuesday…

There will be a chance of a sprinkle or flurry early this morning, followed by clearing, as a couple of weak disturbances pass by our area. Highs today will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Tomorrow there will be increasing cloudiness late in the day, with rain developing late at night as a strong storm system approaches our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s.

Saturday there will be rain, and it could be heavy at times in the morning as the strong system passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Sunday will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.

Monday clouds will increase in the afternoon, with rain and snow developing at night as a disturbance and associated warm front approach our area. Highs will be in the upper 20’s to mid 30’s.

Tuesday, any snow will change to rain in the morning as the warm front and then disturbance pass through our area. Highs will be in the upper 30’s and 40’s.

Wednesday will then be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower in the morning, followed by clearing. Highs will be in the 30’s.

Next Thursday will be nice with highs in the 30’s.

Next Friday and Saturday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Friday and the upper 20’s to mid 30’s next Saturday.

Next Sunday through Tuesday will then be nice with highs in the mid 20’s to low 30’s next Sunday, the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Monday, and the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Tuesday.

Next Wednesday clouds will increase with a chance of a shower at night. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.
