One to three inches possible: Susquehanna and Wayne Counties in PA, Salem, Northern Cumberland, Northern Atlantic, Gloucester, Camden, Southern Burlington, and Southern Ocean Counties in NJ, Orange, Rockland, Westchester, Putnam and Suffolk Counties in NY, and Fairfield County, CT
Two to four inches possible: Chester, Delaware, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Luzerne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, and Pike Counties in PA, Northern Burlington, Northern Ocean, Northern Warren, Sussex, Northwestern Morris, Passaic, Bergen, and Hudson Counties in NJ, Richmond, Kings, New York, Bronx, Queens, and Nassau Counties in NY
Two to five inches possible: Bucks, Schuylkill, Berks, Lehigh, Carbon, Northampton, and Monroe Counties in PA, Southern Warren, Hunterdon, Southeastern Morris, Mercer, Somerset, Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, and Essex Counties in NJ
The snow will change to sleet, freezing rain, and rain tonight with significant icing likely in all of Eastern PA (except possibly right near Philadelphia), West Central NJ, much of Northern NJ (likely from about Rt. 287 west in Northern NJ), in most of Southeastern NY State (excluding possibly Southern Westchester County, and most of Fairfield County, CT (excluding possibly coastal sections).
