Last Snowfall Estimate Map Before Storm...

Well, this is the last map before the storm.  As you can see, there will be a sharp cut-off through Southeastern PA, Central New Jersey, on the south side of New York City, and near the south shore of Long Island. This is the transition line between snow and rain where there will be a mixture. This transition line is where the forecast is most difficult and where things can change very dramatically with any small shift in track of the storm. In this transition area I have forecast 2-6 inches, accounting for the uncertainty in the forecast. South of this transition line in NJ it is more likely to be rain, and north of this transition line there will be a general snowfall of 6-10 inches with localize amounts of up to 14 inches possible.

Estimated start times and a lot more a bit later with the Evening Weather Discussion...
