Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a snow shower or flurry. It will be cold, with lows from around zero in many inland locations, to the mid teens along the coast, with highs in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s.
Clouds will increase Friday, with a chance of light snow or snow showers in the late afternoon and evening as a weak disturbance passes to our south. There could be a trace to an inch or two of snow in parts of our area. Lows will range from the single digits in many inland locations to the upper teens along the coast. Highs will be in the 30’s, with some low 40’s possible in West Central NJ.
Saturday will then be nice with highs in the 40’s.
Sunday, there will be a mixture of rain, snow, freezing rain and sleet throughout our area in the morning as a strong disturbance approaches from the west. There could be a light accumulation of snow in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northern NJ, Southeastern NY state, NYC, Western Long Island, and Fairfield County, CT, with a more significant accumulation of ice possible in Northeastern PA and Northwestern NJ. Highs will range from the low to mid 40’s in Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, to the low to mid 50’s in Central NJ.
Monday through next Thursday, March 14th, will then be nice with highs in the upper 30’s and 40’s Monday, the 30’s to low 40’s Tuesday, the low to mid 40’s Wednesday, and the upper 40’s to mid 50’s Thursday.
Next Friday, March 15th, there will be a chance of rain as a disturbance and cold front pass through our area. Highs will be in the 50’s.
Next Saturday, March 16th, through next Monday, March 18th, will then be nice with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Saturday, the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Sunday, and the 40’s next Monday.
Next Tuesday, March 19th, there will be a chance of rain with highs in the 40’s.
