Hurricane Dorian is currently passing very close to the South Carolina Coast and may eventually finally make landfall in the United States near Cape Lookout, NC, maybe. Click here for the latest on Dorian from the National Hurricane Center.
Tomorrow Dorian may come close enough to our area to bring rain, except possibly in parts of East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, and Orange County NY. The rain could be heavy at times in parts of Central and Northeastern NJ and Fairfield County, CT. Highs will be in the 60’s to low 70’s.
Saturday through Tuesday will then be variably cloudy with a slight chance of a shower or thunderstorm Monday and Tuesday. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s.
Wednesday there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a cold front passes through our area. Some of the storms could be severe. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
Next Thursday, September 12th, there will be a chance of a shower or thunderstorm in the morning, followed by clearing as the cold front departs our area. Highs will be in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s.
Next Friday, September 13th, will then be nice with highs in the upper 60’s to mid 70’s.
Next Saturday, September 14th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the 70’s.
Next Sunday, September 15th is looking nice with highs in the mid 70’s to mid 80’s.
Next Monday, September 16th is then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a shower or thunderstorm as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
Next Tuesday, September 17th, and next Wednesday, September 18th, are then looking nice with highs in the mid 70’s to low 80’s.
