MONDAY – cloudy, chance of rain developing on Long Island and in Fairfield County, CT, and a chance of a shower elsewhere during the day, then a chance of rain at night, lows from the upper 20’s in Northeastern PA to the low 40’s along the coast and on Long Island, highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s
