Rain May Change to Snow Tomorrow Morning Before Ending in Parts of Eastern PA, and Possibly Into parts of NW NJ and Orange County, NY

The rain may change to snow tomorrow morning before ending in Northeastern PA, with some accumulation possible, according to the latest data.
