Strong Nor’easter forming off the coast of the Southeastern
United States will move northeastward…
A Nor’easter is forming off the coast of the Southeastern
United States. This storm will move northeastward off the East Coast through
Tuesday. The storm could become quite intense, bringing strong wind and heavy
rain to coastal locations of the Southeastern United States and likely to Eastern
New England as well, but likely remaining just east of our area. There is
however still some variation in the data, so we will need to keep a close eye
on how close this storm comes to our area. The rain could even mix with or change
to snow in parts of our area before ending Monday night into Tuesday morning.
Today will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 30’s to
low 40’s.

drizzle near the NJ Coast as the Nor’easter approaches our area. Highs will be

of Northwestern NJ and Southeastern NY State, to the low 40’s along the NJ
