Today will start out nice but clouds will increase this afternoon, with rain developing tonight from southwest to northeast as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s.
Tomorrow, the approaching disturbance will intensify rapidly over our area, bringing heavy rain and gusty winds to our area. Total rainfall amounts will generally range from .75-1.75 inches throughout our area, with locally higher amounts possible in Northwestern NJ and Orange County, NY. Winds will gust 25-45 mph. Highs will be in the morning and will range from the mid to upper 30’s in Northeastern PA to the mid 50’s in East Central NJ and on Long Island, dropping in the late morning and afternoon.
Monday and Tuesday will then be nice with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s Monday and the mid to upper 50’s Tuesday.
Wednesday will be variably cloudy with a chance of showers in the morning and early afternoon, then a chance of a flurry at night in Northeastern PA, as a disturbance passes to our north. Highs will be in the upper 40’s and 50’s.
Thanksgiving through Black Friday and next Saturday are then looking nice with highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s Thanksgiving, the 30’s to low 40’s Black Friday and the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Saturday.
Next Sunday, December 1st, will be mostly cloudy with a chance of showers as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Monday, December 2nd, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Tuesday, December 3rd, and next Wednesday, December 4th, are then looking nice with highs in the mid 30’s to low 40’s.
Next Thursday, December 5th, is then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Friday, December 6th, is then looking nice with highs in the 30’s to low 40’s.
