Early Morning Update

The rain will change to snow from west to east today, by around 4 am in East Central and Northeastern PA, 7 am in Northwestern NJ, most of Southwestern NY State, and Northern Fairfield County, CT,  by about 10 am in all of Northern NJ (north of about a line from Trenton to Sandy Hook, including Staten Island), by about 1 pm in all of NJ and Western Long Island, and by 7 pm in Fairfield County, CT and all of Long Island.
