Friday, December 27, 2019 - Morning Weather Discussion

Some rain and continued above normal temperatures for a while…

There will be a chance of some sprinkles today and then tomorrow will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s today and the 40’s tomorrow.

Sunday, clouds will increase with rain developing in the late afternoon and evening from west to east as a disturbance approaches our area. Highs will be in the low to mid 40’s.

Monday rain will be likely as the disturbance passes through our area. Highs will range from the upper 30’s to low 40’s in Southeastern NY State and Fairfield County, CT, to the upper 40’s to low 50’s in Central NJ.

New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day will be variably cloudy with highs in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s Tuesday and the mid 30’s to low 40’s Wednesday.

Thursday, clouds will increase with a chance of rain developing at night as another disturbance approaches our area. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.

Next Friday, January 3rd, there will be a chance of rain with highs in the 40’s.

Next Saturday, January 4th, through next Thursday, January 9th, are then looking nice with highs in the low to mid 40’s next Saturday, the 40’s next Sunday, the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Monday, the 30’s next Tuesday, the 30’s to low 40’s next Tuesday, the 30’s to low 40’s next Wednesday, and the 30’s next Thursday.
