Sunday, clouds will increase, with rain developing in the afternoon and evening from west to east across our area as a disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the 40’s.
Monday, there will be rain, ending at night from west to east as the disturbance departs our area. Highs will be in the 40’s to low 50’s.
New Year’s Eve will be variably cloudy with a chance of rain ending early in the morning on Eastern Long Island. Highs will be in the 40’s.
New Year’s Day clouds will increase at night as a strong disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Thursday, January 2nd, there will be a chance of rain, as the disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be mainly in the 40’s.
Next Friday, January 3rd, will be variably cloudy with highs in the mid 40’s to low 50’s.
Next Saturday, January 4th, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower in the morning. Highs will be in the 40’s.
Next Sunday, January 5th, is then looking variably cloudy with a chance of a rain or snow shower as a cold front and disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Monday, January 6th, through next Wednesday, January 8th, are then looking nice with highs dropping from the upper 20’s to mid 30’s next Monday, to the mid 20’s to low 30’s next Tuesday, and the mid 20’s to mid 30’s next Wednesday.
