Tuesday, December 10, 2019 - Evening Weather Discussion

Rain changing to snow tonight into tomorrow morning, heavy rain Saturday morning, and then watching next Tuesday…

The rain will change to snow tonight and early tomorrow morning from northwest to southeast across our area as a cold front and disturbance pass through. The snow will then end in the mid-morning to early afternoon from northwest to southeast across our area. Accumulations should be generally a half of an inch to 2.5 inches, with locally higher amounts possible, especially on Eastern Long Island. Highs tomorrow will be in the 30’s.
