There will be a chance of a shower tonight and then tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a shower again tomorrow night. Highs tomorrow will be in the mid to upper 40’s.
Thursday will be variably cloudy with a chance of a sprinkle in the morning and then a chance of a snow squall, snow shower, or flurry, in the afternoon or at night as some Lake Effect moisture may reach our area. Winds could gust up to 50 mph in any snow squalls. Highs will be in the morning in the upper 30’s and 40’s, dropping in the afternoon.
Friday will then be mostly sunny, but cold, with highs in the 20’s.
Saturday, clouds will increase, with snow developing in the afternoon from west to east across our area as a strong disturbance approaches from the west. Highs will be at night in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Saturday night, the snow will change to rain, except possibly in Northern portions of Northeastern PA and in Orange County, NY. Significant snowfall accumulation is likely in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY, State and in Fairfield County, CT, and will be possible in portions of West Central and Northeastern NJ, NYC, and on Long Island.

Sunday through next Friday, January 24th, are then looking nice with highs in the upper 20’s and 30’s Sunday, the upper teens and 20’s Monday, the upper teens to mid 20’s next Tuesday, January 21st, the mid to upper 20’s next Wednesday, January 22nd, the low to mid 30’s next Thursday, January 23rd, and the mid 30’s to low 40’s next Friday, January 24th.
Next Saturday, January 25th, there will be a chance of rain or snow as a Nor’easter may develop near the Middle Atlantic Coast. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.
Next Sunday, January 26th, and next Monday, January 27th, are then looking variably cloudy with highs in the 30’s.
