Tomorrow, any snow and freezing rain will change to rain in the morning, with some ice accumulation possible in parts of East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and in Fairfield County, CT, especially in Northeastern PA. The rain could become heavy at times at night. Lows from the upper 20’s to low 30’s in Northeastern PA to the low 40’s along the NJ Coast. Highs at night from the mid 30’s in far Northeastern PA and Northwestern Orange County, NY, to the low 60’s in southern portions of inland Central NJ.
