Cold air will start to move into our area tonight as the disturbance passes to our east, causing the wind to blow from the north. The rain will start to change to snow this evening between about 5 pm and 8 pm in Northeastern PA, and to a mixture of rain and snow, and possibly all snow between about 9 pm and 11 pm in Orange County, NY, Northwestern NJ, and East Central PA, between about 10 pm and midnight in parts of the rest of Southeastern NY State, Northeastern NJ, Central NJ, NYC, and Fairfield County, CT, and on parts of Long Island between about midnight and 2 am.
If this really happens it would be the latest in the season I have ever seen snow in NJ.
We shall see.
