Detailed Snow Forecast for our Entire area...


As the evening data is coming in the picture is becoming a bit clearer on this storm, so I am prepared to make a more defined prediction as to snowfall amounts.


1-3 inches:  Northeastern PA


2-4 inches:  East Central PA, Northwestern NJ. Orange and Putnam Counties in NY State


3-5 inches:  Southeastern PA, Southern and Northeastern NJ, Rockland and Westchester Counties in NY State, Fairfield County, CT


4-6 inches: Central NJ from west to east, NYC, Western and Eastern Long Island


5-7 inches:  Central Long Island 


The snow should start around 6 am in East Central PA and Central NJ, around 7 am in Northeastern PA and Northern NJ, around 8 am in Southeastern NY State, NYC, and Western and Central Long Island, and around 9 am on Eastern Long Island and Fairfield County, CT.


The snow will then end from between about 7 pm in Eastern PA to around 10 pm on Eastern Long Island. 


Check back early in the morning for one more update before the snow really get going.
