I should have left my snowfall forecast alone yesterday. I
am modifying my snowfall amounts again, putting them back where I should have left
them.
1-2 inches: East
Central and Northeastern PA
1-3 inches: Southern
and Northwestern NJ, Orange, and Putnam Counties in NY State
2-4 inches: Central
and Northeastern NJ, Rockland, and Westchester Counties in NY State, NYC, Long
Island, and Fairfield County, CT
