Heavy snow in a large part of our area late this morning and early this afternoon…

This storm is likely to surprise some people as heavy snow will develop late this morning and early this afternoon from west to east through Eastern PA, Northern NJ, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT. The latest ultra-short range American model and the latest short-range American model make you wonder if more of Central NJ, Northeastern NJ, and NYC will get into the action?  I am not sure about that at all, but we will have to watch it just in case the latest ultra-short range American model and the latest short-range American model posted below are correct. Highs today will be in the 30’s to low 40’s.
