TODAY –  snow developing this morning and early afternoon from west to east, a mixture of rain and snow in Central NJ, NYC, and on Coastal Long Island, and rain near the NJ Coast and on much of Long Island, ending late this afternoon and evening from west to east, highs in the 30’s to low 40’s

2-4 inches:  Far Western Bergen County, NJ, Orange and Rockland Counties in NY State

3-6 inches:  Northwestern NJ (including Northern Hunterdon and far Northern Somerset)
