Tuesday, February 16, 2021 - Daily Weather Discussion


Next up, a chance for snow Thursday into Friday morning…


This disturbance today will pull away from our area, bringing an end to the rain and some freezing rain this morning. There will then be a chance of a flurry late at night. Highs will be in the mid 40’s to mid 50’s.


Tomorrow will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry in the morning. Highs will be in the mid 20’s to low 30’s.


Thursday, snow will develop during the day from south to north as a disturbance develops along the Gulf Coast and then moves northeastward in our direction. Highs will be in the mid 20’s to low 30’s.


Friday, the snow will end in the morning and early afternoon from west to east, possibly changing to rain early in the morning in Central NJ, NYC, and on Long Island. Highs will be in the low to mid 30’s.

Saturday and Sunday will then be nice with highs in the mid 20’s to mid 30’s Saturday and the low to mid 30’s Sunday.


Monday there will be a chance of rain or snow as a disturbance passes through our area. Highs will be in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Tuesday, February 23rd, will be variably cloudy with a chance of a flurry. Highs will be in the upper 30’s to mid 40’s.


Next Wednesday, February 24th, through next Monday, March 1st, are currently looking variably cloudy with highs gradually rising from the mid 30’s to mid 40’s next Wednesday through Friday, to the upper 30’s to mid 40’s next Saturday, and the 40’s next Sunday and Monday.
