THURSDAY – rain ending in the afternoon from south to north, changing to snow in Northeastern PA and possibly into East Central PA, lows in the 30’s to low 40’s, highs in the mid 30’s to mid 40’s

A trace to 6 inches:  Northeastern PA from east to west

A trace to an inch or two:  East Central PA

A trace to an inch: Northwestern NJ and Orange County, NY
