County, CT, and on Eastern Long Island, except rain likely in Southern NJ and
Freezing rain likely in Southeastern PA, ending between around noon in Eastern
PA to around 3 pm on Eastern Long Island, snow changing to freezing rain and
sleet in East Central PA, most of Northern NJ, parts of Southeastern NY State,
NYC, and on Western Long Island, and mixing sleet throughout our area,
excluding East Central and Southern NJ where it will be mostly rain, and in
Southeastern PA where the freezing rain will change directly to rain, lows in
the mid 20’s to mid 30’s, highs from the low to mid 30’s in far Northeastern
PA, Southeastern NY State, and Fairfield County, CT, to the mid 40’s in East
Central NJ
