Near blizzard conditions will be likely in much of our area tomorrow between about 10 am and 3 pm, with extremely heavy snow and winds gusting to over 40 mph at times in some places. Temperatures will also rapidly fall below freezing, causing any untreated surfaces to ice up quickly, although it won't matter much as the snow will be falling so fast that it will quickly accumulate even in places where ground temperatures are still above freezing.
