Rain developing tomorrow and going into Friday, possibly changing to snow in parts of our area before ending, and windy Friday, then cold with a slight chance for snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning...


Rain will develop tomorrow afternoon and evenign from west to east, going into Friday. The rain could mix with or change to snow before ending in East Central and Northeastern PA, Northwestern NJ, and in Orange and Putnam Counties in NY State, with 1-3 inches of accumulation possible in Northeastern PA and a coating in East Central PA, Northwestern NJ, and orange and Putnam Counties in NY State. It will alos become windy on Friday with gusts of up to 45 mph possilble.


It will then get cold with a slight chance for snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning as a disturbance approaches from the west.
