A bit of snow tomorrow and then watching Saturday…
We will get a bit of snow in parts of our area tomorrow as a
strong disturbance passes to our south, bringing Northern West Virginia, Northern
Virginia, Southern Maryland and Southern Delaware up to a foot of snow. In our area there will likely only be only a
trace to an inch of snow from north to south.

Moving beyond this, it will remain cold with highs mainly in
the 20’s to mid 30’s and we will need to keep a close eye on a disturbance that
will move eastward along the Northern Gulf Coast later this week, reaching the
South Carolina Coast Saturday. This disturbance has the potential to then turn
northeastward, turning into a Nor’easter along the Middle Atlantic Coast, which
could bring our area a significant snowfall Saturday, but we will have to wait
and see.
